    User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NoteZap Incorporated, its contractors, and employees. User uses NoteZap's products on an "as-is" basis. User acknowledges that artificial intelligence services are imperfect in capturing and generating data.

    NoteZap Incorporated will collect personal data necessary for the provision of the Service. Personal data collected may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, and any other data that you may provide.
